Job Description

 

Due to unprecedented growth, Michael & Son Services, Inc. is looking for licensed, experienced HVAC Technicians with residential experience, a passion for serving customers, and stellar communications skills.  If you want to be the best in your field — and to be part of a winning team — we want to talk to you.

Work in the area where you live. We service PA, NJ, MD, DC, VA and DE.

 To be considered, you must have the following:

  • Strong Boiler experience
  • Two years’ HVAC experience in the field
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • CFC Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record
  • Ability to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices and proposals
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen

 Applicants with the following will be given immediate consideration:

  • Some commercial experience
  • Sales experience
  • NATE Certification
