Due to unprecedented growth, the Restoration Division of Michael & Son Services, Inc. has immediate openings for emergency service technicians for helpers in our water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleaning services.

In this position, you will perform the following duties:

·         Water Extraction

·         Performing demolitions

·         Setting up and monitoring drying equipment

·         Clean up and debris removal

·         Estimating the scope of work

·         Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment

·         Fire damage and smoke cleaning

Helpers must have the following qualifications:

·         Previous experience in the restoration or construction industry (not required)

·         Great communication skills

·         Clean driving record

·         Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

·         Must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices and proposals
