Due to unprecedented growth, Michael & Son Services, Inc. is looking for individuals with great customer service skills to join our team. We will provide paid training both classroom and field. You will be trained to perform HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing inspections for our HCA Customers. Once upon successful completion of our training program you will now have the opportunity to pursue a career with Michael and Son Services. Our Technicians:

•           Have a determination to succeed and a desire to exceed expectations

•           Excellent customer service and sales skills a must.

•           Have pride in their technical ability and strive to be in the top 5% of our field

What we expect from you:

•           Professional approach

•           Mechanical aptitude

•           Willingness to learn

•           Be able to distinguish colors

•           Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders

•           Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record

•           Ability to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices and proposals

•           We do drug screening and a criminal background check

•           Valid driver’s license

•           Motivated to make $100,000+ a year

•           Dependable and punctual to follow set schedule daily

Applicants with the following will be given immediate consideration:

•           CFC Certification

•           Some HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience

•           Sales experience

•           Trade Certification(s)

•           NATE Certification

•           IT background
